clean room helpful staff
the breakfast included many mouth watering dishes the emporium mall is steps away. the room was super clean staff members were helpful I enjoyed my stay.
washroom lights were dim it was hard to do makeup in that light this only affected the female washroom.

I appreciate the consistently high standards. The front desk personnel were particularly helpful. I noticed Khurram was always available to help with our needs. Amir Butt acted as a personal guide, aiding us with local activities. It was AMAZING!!!
The lifts were notably slow at times.

mixed feelings about this stay
rude staff inconvenient check-out
the rooms had great sound proofing.
i was assured of a late check-out upon check-in. another staff member informed me on departure day that i could not extend check-out beyond 5 pm , it was quite inconvenient. when i explained my situation, the staff member was rude.
